HOW OUR LEARNING SYSTEM WORKS
You can choose between two flexible learning options.
The tutor-led course costs £850 for 12 weeks and includes Zoom-based group lessons with up to 10 students per class. Classes are held twice a week: Monday and Wednesday from 5-6 pm or Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5 pm.
If you prefer self-study, you can access PowerPoint learning materials online. The pricing for self-learning is available upon request, so please contact us for more details. You can also try our free trial content before committing to the course.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Our course is designed to provide a solid foundation in biology, with content aligned to AQA and Pearson Edexcel specifications. It covers seven modules, from cell biology to ecology. You’ll study theoretical concepts and practical applications, such as forming hypotheses and designing experiments. The course is structured to help students understand complex topics, including bioenergetics and inheritance. After completing the course, students take an assessment to test their knowledge. This gives you a comprehensive understanding of biology and the skills necessary to succeed in your GCSE or A/AS Level exams.

WHAT IS ASSESSED?
The course is assessed through two written exams, each lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. Paper 1 covers topics 1–4: cell biology, organisation, infection and response, and bioenergetics. Paper 2 focuses on topics 5–7: Homeostasis and Response, Inheritance, Variation and Evolution, and Ecology. Each exam is worth 70 marks. The exams consist of multiple-choice, structured questions, and open-response questions. Our course ensures you are well-prepared to succeed in your exams by providing all the necessary learning materials and expert support throughout the course.
