HOW WILL YOU LEARN?
We offer two flexible learning options:
The tutor-led course costs £850 for 12 weeks and includes Zoom-based group lessons with around ten students per class. Classes are held twice a week: Monday and Wednesday from 5-6 pm or Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5 pm.
Alternatively, you can opt for self-learning, where you’ll receive access to learning materials online. Self-learning prices are available upon request, so please contact us for more details. Below you can download some free lesson examples.
WHAT IS ASSESSED IN THE COURSE?
The course consists of two papers. Paper 1 covers topics 8-12, including atomic structure, bonding, chemical changes, and energy. It’s a 1 hour 15 minutes exam worth 70 marks. Paper 2 focuses on topics 13-17, such as organic chemistry, chemical analysis, and chemistry of the Atmosphere. It’s also a 1 hour 15 minutes exam worth 70 marks. Both papers include multiple-choice, short-answer, and open-response questions designed to assess your understanding of key concepts in chemistry.
